Hidden gem in quiet Tamboerskloof
One of our favourite moments was stepping onto our private terrace every morning and being greeted by a spectacular view of Table Mountain. It was the perfect way to start the day.
A special mention goes to Foreman, who was the perfect host—warm, welcoming, genuinely attentive and always happy to share local recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable.
The guesthouse is located in a quiet street, making it a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything Cape Town has to offer. Although there is no swimming pool, we never missed it, as the comfortable atmosphere more than made up for it. Parking was easy too, with three off-street (partially covered) parking bays available.
The rooms themselves don’t have coffee- or tea-making facilities, but that never felt like a drawback. Instead, each floor has a beautifully stocked coffee station where you can help yourself throughout the day. The elegant White Room serves as both the check-in lounge and an honesty bar, creating a wonderfully relaxed, homely atmosphere. In the Blue Room, we were treated every afternoon to delicious homemade pastries—such a thoughtful touch that made us look forward to returning after a day of exploring.
Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious and beautifully presented every morning.
Noah House feels less like a hotel and more like staying in the stylish home of friends with impeccable taste. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an intimate, beautifully designed and exceptionally well-hosted place to stay in Cape Town.

Lovely Oasis of Calm
It's located away from the tourist areas, in a nice neighborhood, with a lot of good restaurants and shops. It is much quieter and calmer than being in the tourist zone, but it was an easy Uber into town (i think most rides cost about $3 US).
I would stay here again.

Cold water rusty color and lousy management
Smells of of gas
Water was orange and cold
They didn't repair
Offered to move room but at a cost
No after hours number
If you lose your keys... Good luck getting hold of anyone
Dirty pillows
And the rude abusive owner
Better options out there!
