Hotel is in disrepair

Half of the hotel looks like a construction site, untidy and hot as none of the aircons work. Parking is not secure. The staff are friendly and accommodating but the hotel has to be better maintained. I don’t think I would recommend this establishment

Friendly staff

Stayed for 1 night as I needed to catch the bus the next morning. Perfectly situated as the Intercape bus collection point is across the parking lot. Staff friendly. I felt safe. Due to the location, I suspected some noise from outside, but all was quiet. Basic services. Room, bathroom and coffee by reception. Security was visible outside.

The cleaner stole money from me

This place is terrible,I left money in the room and I did not see it the next day
a lady by the name of sinongile was the only cleaner that entered the room, when we approach them and the receptionist about the issue they had guilt faces and other cleaner was laughing about it,Bad experience
