Don't bother looking anywhere else

This is the ONLY place to stay in Melmoth- trust me!!! A lovely gem in the midst of a town thats seen better days. Great place, clean, comfy, good food and good staff. Book to have dinner, worth it. Second time back.

A bitter sweet experience...

Everything is just outdated. The entire facility is nice and well located. Maintenance is behind. Not a friendly environment, for example, we were not allowed to sit in the bar and have drinks?????? But there is a bar.. Not sure if the facility is graded, but judging by what I experienced, I don't think so.
This facility has all the potential in the world, though, I must say...

Fantastic Stay Over at Golf View Lodge Melmoth

A lovely setting, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff - Room was neat and clean, breakfast was amazing and if I ever need to stay over when passing in this direction again, I will stay here at the Golf View Lodge Melmoth.

Booked in for Women's Event

Stayed here with my family, was there for an event. The place is amazing, quiet, tranquil and cozy. Staff is professional and polite. The food is excellent . The rooms may be a bit small, but comfortable, clean and beautiful. Across the road is the golf course. Really enjoyed our stay.

Golf VIew Lodge - November 2018

I Had a greate stay. It felt like home after a long day's work. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a good harty breakfast. For the advent South Africans, they have Braai facilities to relax around a fire while braaing your steak, and they do offer a buffet dinner as well
