An awful experience

This guest house needs a renovation and the garden needs a lot of work.the owner is a woman that at first gives you a good impression but after she started to do things strange.she sent me to another guest house and she was so angry although it was her fault.please don't go there!!!!

A very bad experience!!!

While I had made a reservation months ago at the 49-on-cherry guest house in Johannesburg, a week before I went, suddenly and completely unprofessionally, the owner told me that she would be renovating and without asking me, she sent me to a friend of hers who owns The lemon tree self catering guest house! I accepted it and paid a lot for it, not financially, but psychologically as a person. after a week the new owner told me that she made a mistake and double rented the apartment and if I can go and stay in another friend of hers!!!!!! how do we say a tennis ball , that's what they did to me. and not only that, but due to a misunderstanding of hers, she slapped the money in my face and started shouting and arguing. luckily she intervened her cool husband!!! unacceptable behavior, I have traveled to 45 countries, I have never been treated like this!!!
