The staff at check in were polite and helpful. There's a convenience store off the lobby, nice to have that. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. The very special thing this hotel has to offer is the excellent natural hot springs bath, free to hotel guests (not coed). If you are a hot springs fan like me, you should definitely stay here.

Air Conditioning was not working, thus too hot in the room. Staff provided a fan which made the stay possible.

Avoid if you can

Visiting Korea with my parents, my mom wanted to visit Onyong hot spring. I picked this hotel since I saw reviews saying it was remodeled in recent years. Terrible room with mold in the restroom, old furnitures not been remodeled at all. Being said that, there’s really not many choices in this area.
