Great location, and that's it.
Very thin walls, can basically hear how another guest takes shower in their room.
Room seems cleaned up only a lil bit just to not be too dirty.
The beds and mattresses are very hard which is a downer for me perosnally.
Yet for a $30 per night if you're going for only one night in Busan, and just need a private enough sleeping place, then it's a great option.

AC was not working in the room, needed to change rooms but the AC still was not very strong compared to other hotels (could only reach a low temp of ~22 deg c). Hotel only offers cleaning to those who stay 3 or more nights and only upon request. Requested to have room cleaned but the cleaning staff did not and told us they had too many rooms to do.

Not great but some good points
It is hard to find nice hotels in this part of Busan particularly if you are looking for an extra bed for a child. We stayed for 2 nights. On arrival it’s quite depressing, the lobby is tired and welcome low key. The room on first impressions isn’t terrible and the bathroom is pretty nice. However the bed is unbelievably hard. I like a firm mattress but this is like sleeping on a table with sheets on it. Also the room was so hot and it was only after the first night that we realised the air con was controlled by the remote, it’s really not clear. Location wise it’s great but it’s more of a convenient than pleasant stay.

We expected a lot of this hotels because of the grading he got. Indeed he is well situated realy close to Nampo-dong and transports. The main part regarding the room there is no cleaning services specifically. There is also the hardest mattress you could possibly have maybe is it like that in Korea but it’s realy realy hard. Secondly concerning the hot water we had to 2 times a person to turn on hot water. I recommend this hotel because of the location Bhutto be careful with the price.

Was supposed to check in at 3pm. However unable to check in till 5pm.
Was tired and annoyed as we were wondering about till 3pm and when 4pm, 430pm still said not ready. Dragged till 5pm.
Eventually when we got angry, male staff got angry too and asked if we want to cancel?!? As tourist, last minute , where should we stay.
Next day, we asked lady recept if our late check out was noted in the system. She is unaware. However the late check out was agreed by the male Recep and free as we went through the long wait.
Luggage lift is spoilt and we see many tourist carrying up their luggage up the 2 flight of stairs. The aircon has a continuous booming sound. There was an entrance auto detect light that lighted up when they detect motion. If one walks to the toilet at night, the place would light up and be disrupted.
The bed is totally hard which we were fine as we were v tired. The cushion is stained, only paper cups were given for drinks.
If u stay over 3d2n, then u can request for room cleaning as stated from the notice on the lift.
There's free ice, free coffee at the lobby but given such hassle. No thanks. There were pple who were raising voice at the counter too.
Seems like a home managed place or worse.
Skip this unless u are happy with good location, free ice coffee, good small round table and 2 chairs. View is broken into parts too even when we get harbour room.
