Traveling for business but all the lodging at Camp H and thru DTS was booked. A fellow traveller and I decided to book at Hi$Hotel because rates were within the allowed rate. Wow! We were nicely impressed!
After arriving (a coworker dropped us off), we went to the 5th floor. Yes, the hotel is on the top two floors. Beneath us were karaoke and electronic golf (?) We tried to perform the check-in (nobody at the j e desk ever), there was someone monitoring us via a camera who asked in English if we needed help. We eventually got our key and went to our rooms (6th floor). Upon entering there's a place to remove outside shoes, and the room itself with a great shower and bidet toilet in the 'wet room'. Loved the tall rainfall shower head (I'm 6'4"). Windows view is of other taller buildings. Nice room darkening shades. Next to the room phone is a QR code to scan and access their free wifi. TV has Netflix and I switched the streaming YouTube to English. I liked the firm bed and soft comforter; my travel coworker in another room said it was too firm. Oh well.
...There was a sign that guest could pay 10000 won (~7 bucks) to eat a continental breakfast at the adjacent Rich Stay Hotel. However, the Hi&Hotel has a wonderful coffeemachine that grinds Arabica beans fresh, and makes cups of Americano oe Espresso. Also downstairs is the Oak Bakery with outstanding breads/pastries/sandwiches. Plus! There is a CU market that is always open downstairs too, so you can buy snacks & beer!

The area is currently in some construction but there are still places to eat and shop within walking distance. Fyi, most beds in Korean hotels are very firm. Staff was great and very helpful!

Kim (front desk) was so helpful. Hotel was clean, restaurants , store and coffee within walking distance . Bed was a little hard , AC doesn’t work great
