Hotel Laonzena was an average hotel and I would give it 3 stars. Our check-in process wasn't very welcoming - we arrived at 1.45pm, just an hour before the official check-in time of 3pm. We asked if we could check in early but the front desk lady immediately dismissed our request and told us to come back at 3pm. She didn't even take the initiative to check her computer to see if a room was available. That left us with quite the unwelcoming experience. The room was a bit dated and tired looking, and small. The double bed also wasn't that comfortable. The bathroom was good though. The swimming pool was closed throughout our stay. They gave us a single coupon for breakfast which was very strange given there were two of us. The breakfast layout was very strange - there were about 7-8 round tables with 6 chairs each. Food was mainly Korean cuisine but the coffee was good. Unlike the check-in experience, the front desk staff during our check-out were very friendly and polite. They even stored our luggage for us in a secure location after we checked out, and even called us a taxi to the train station. They told us the ride was about 7 minutes and would cost around 7,000 Won, and it was very accurate.

Parking service worst

I came to the wedding. Wedding facilities inside were good. But the parking service was a mess. As we knew the parking space was narrowing, while waiting for parking, the parking staff guided the car to India in front of the hotel entrance and parked there. When I went up to India, there was a parking lot that continued with India and the car, and when the wedding was over and down, the parking lot moved, and my car dropped off the road from India, and there was a matching item on the front bomber. We parked according to the guidelines of the hotel staff, but we learned that it is illegal to guide parking in the area, and it is also illegal to make accessories for parking. However, I am completely convinced that the accident occurred due to a mistake in the operation of the car and that a person named the head of the parking team will make an agreement proposal at my discretion. Saying me and the hotel 5:5 The fact that the hotel parking facility was illegal in the first place and that the facility was not fixed, without a word of correct apology for the accident that occurred, without a doctor agreeing, is the hotel service. Shouldn't you have asked about proper apples and customer safety first? When the car sat down in India and asked the staff what to do on the radio, he said, "Don't know if you're the parking team leader, but pick up." The parking staff took it out with sweat. And I said I'd contact you in connection with the next accident and I didn't. I contacted you first, and I never said I'd contact you first, and I asked you to come to check for cctv the next day of my day off. It's an accident at a hotel and it's so questionable why I have to contact you with my time and stress. Rather, other employees are somehow trying to handle the accident, but the car park manager is doing this to help customers.

For a four star hotel I was very disappointed. The room was not clean, had a light smell and looked overall old. Even though the service was good and the breakfast delicious I can't really recommend it.

I had a horrible night in this hotel. I couldn't sleep all night. The mosquitoes had a party next to my bed. They drank my blood deliciously. Humming in my ears like an orchestra. The hotel's air conditioner is broken. Oh my god, that's bad!
