Top Notch !
This is our first trip to Daegu, South Korea and we are glad that we chose UH Flat Signature Serviced Apartment for our 5 nights stay. It's located right next to the Marriott Hotel and in the same building as the Marriott Residence.
Even before our arrival, staff contacted us directly regarding our reservation and shared check-in process and other relevant details.
All the staff on site were friendly and helpful. The Reception Lounge offered water and coffee. Both Check in and Check out was very smooth. Luggage Storage was available.
The room was spacious with a full kitchen. Ours was Studio Style. Some bigger rooms have a washing machine too. Our room had lots of windows so it was nice and bright during the day. Looking at the layout of the building, I think majority of the rooms have wall to wall windows.
Housekeeping staff were very attentive. They will send you an email at around 9am each day to check what time would be best for them to come clean the room so you are not at all disturbed.
UH is very conveniently located. It's about 8 mins walk away from Shinsegae Department Store which has an amazing Food Court and lots of Bakeries in the basement level. You are spoilt for choice. Everything we had was of exceptional quality.
The subway/metro station, KTX and Bus Terminal are all in this complex so getting around was super easy.
The only complaint is that the shower cubicle glass had a 1/2 inch gap before reaching the floor which means the water doesn't stay in. Not a huge issue but just wasteful to use towels on the floor.
Apart from this easily fixable problem, we had a wonderful stay and would surely recommend this place to friends and family.
I will also check out their other properties for future travels into South Korea.

Wonderful location, clean and very communicative staff. Room felt like a model home that didn’t have everything it needed for hotel guests - huge closet but no hangars for clothes, master bathroom had no shower curtain, no chairs for balcony, sofas in living room were not meant for relaxing but felt more like a sofa in a waiting room.

Staffs were so friendly and room was very clean. Location was very good as it was next to train stations.
However it was a little disappointing that air conditioning is not available during March and also we can not use lounge area of the building.
Other than those 2 things everything was perfect.
Most stores are within 5-10 min walk distances.

Awesome hotel in Daegu
The room here is very big. I really love the room and all the interior here. Besides, it's also very close to the train station as well as the subway station. Furthermore, you can find lots of restaurants and department stores around. I think it is a very good hotel you should stay with when visiting Daegu.
