Good location and nice staff.

I was visiting for business. I didn't expect the hotel. (I didn't make a reservation for myself) I especially love this location and room atmosphere. Even if I was travelling here, I could love this hotel.
Above all, I felt gratitude to staffs. I wish I'm going to get here again.

We booked this place because of its proximity to the Goyang Stadium. In that respect it was perfect, less than 100m walk. Everything else about this hotel was poor. When we booked this place on Trip.Com we paid for two adults and one child. We arrived at the hotel at 4pm and tried to check in, we were told that if we wanted to check in before 6pm we needed to pay extra. We were also charged another very large amount extra for our child, who we had already booked and paid for. The room and bedding was not particularly clean and there were long black hairs everywhere, including on my daughter’s pillow and in her bed. We had to ask for towels and got told if we wanted new ones the next day we would be charged extra. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no hand towels. There was a container with used hairbrushes in it and half filled hand sanitisers. The room was dingy, uncomfortable, and horribly overpriced. The free wifi was the best part of the room. The location was the best thing about staying there for the concert. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We left after one night although we had booked and paid for two.

The Space is so small and just really enough for sleeping. They never cleaned the room and the receptionist cannot speak English at all. Location is prime but the comfort cannot be asked here.

KINTEX, a motel near Daehwa Station

It should be considered a motel rather than a hotel, and it is on the 6th floor of a commercial building. It's generally easy to think of as a motel, but the fare varies from site to site and is expensive. The location is good because it is near the station, but there are many motels nearby. The boss is a friendly, modest motel.

A good place to stay near Kintex

Stayed here for 7 nights! It's just a leisurely 10-15 minutes walk to Kintex. Lots of nearby restaurants and groceries! There's free brewed coffee & cookies along the hotel 's hall. There's also a microwave oven if you need it! Very convenient for business travelers like us who wants to have early breakfast. Coffee shops around normally opens at 9am. Will definitely stay here again!
