가족여행으로 왔는데 너무 좁아서 제대로 앉아있을 공간도 없었어요~도착하자마자 아이들 추가요금으로 기분이 너무 안좋았고 스파는 그냥 좁은 화정실에 욕실수준이에요~정말 화장실에 휴지통도 없었어요~관광나가서 최대한 늦게 도착해서 잠만 잤습니다. 과장된 사진에 속으시면 안될것같애요.

머무시는 동안 불편을 느끼셨다니 죄송합니다.
고객님은 2인 기준인원에 대한 요금을 지불하고 예약하였기에, 입실 안내시에 추가요금 지급을 요청한 부분인데 기분이 나쁘셨다니 안타깝게 생각합니다.
고객님이 예약하신 객실은 기성제품인 돌고래 스파가 비치되어 있어요.
그리고, 복층은 침대(퀸,이단)로 구성되어 있는 15평의 객실입니다.
화장실에 휴지통을 꼭 비치해야 하나요? 객실에 휴지통이 있는데 이해가 안되요.
고객님의 집에 비할바는 아니기에 저희 펜션은 성인4명(준성인2명 포함)이 머물기에 좁다고 느끼실수 있습니다.
그러나, 저희가 터무니 없이 과장된 사진이나 정보를 고객님께 제공하지 않는다고 자부합니다.
