복층형 오피스텔 9층. 방도 깨끗하고, 복층이라 아이가 대단히 좋아함. 깨끗하고 필요한것 모두 갖춰져있으면 1층에 편의점까지. 보일러 켜면 방 완전 따뜻하고 전망도 좋아서 왼쪽으로 서울타워, 정면으로 두타, 오른쪽으로 청와대 뒷쪽 산이 보임. 강력추천합니다. 만족 만족
겨울이면 작은 가습기 가져가는 것도 좋을듯. 잘때 건조함.

Апартаменты находятся рядом с Дондемун плаза, тц Дота, рынок, все в шаговой доступности. В доме магазинчик 7/11. Но пойти перекусить негде, ресторанов и кафе поблизости нет. Квартира двухуровневая, две двуспальные кровати, хорошая душевая кабина. Большой холодильник, стиральная и сушильная машина, микроволновка, чайник.Есть плита, но работает только один кружочек. Есть 2 кастрюльки, но нет сковородки, что очень жаль. Нет тарелок, только небольшие как пиалы. Вилок нет, только палочки. Не было чая, сахара, соли, вообще ничего, хотя такие элементарные вещи хозяева всегда оставляют, да и всегда что то остается от прошлых жильцов, но тут ничего нет. Нас было 4 человека, полотенец оставили 3 маленьких для рук, одно было явно кухонное, с застарелыми пятнами. Вытираться ими после душа было не реально. Мусор нужно сортировать, охранник на парковке очень следит за мусором, чтобы были специальные мешки. В квартире нет мусорных мешков, поэтому в первый раз мы собрали мусор в черные пакеты, но охранник заставил покупать другие мусорные мешки, разные, под разный мусор разные мешки. Вообщем квартира не плохая, но есть минусы. Быт не устроен.
