I can really recommend this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful and did all they could when we had som trouble to get a taxi. So serviceminded! If i get back to Seoul I would really choose this hotel again!

Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and as depicted in the photos. Close to the Korea University where I was able to visit my daughter. Convenient and easy to get around. I enjoyed the included breakfast. Check out was easy. I appreciate the ability to store my luggage until I can catch my flight. I wish check in could be earlier since 4pm appears late to me.

Very poor! Food is not fresh, not appetizing, not enough options, room was dark , uninviting. You don’t feel like staying in the room, you don’t want to come back.
Staff, at recent was very accommodating but staff who refills your soap, coffee, did not leave coffee at all, we had to leave a note to please leave some. There was only one glass supplied in the room, we had to ask more from the reception.
Bathroom floor was always wet, not sure if the tub was leaking or the toilet was leaking. Room needs update.

The room was very clean and pleasant with good facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was full Korean so curry and rice etc, which was not to my personal liking but was very popular.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! And, the room was cozy and clean! I would suggest this place for solo trips or if you have others with you!
