This is an amazing location in the old quarter, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Amazing service and the room was very spacious with a big bathroom. Wonderful stay!

Hotel name misses the mark. We stayed at this establishment in two different rooms and both had a packaged condom for your use. This was off putting to say the least. Floors seemed dirty though flimsy disposable slippers were provided. Chairs in one room were heavily stained. The sink in one bathroom was leaking and seems like it wasn’t fixed for a long time as the marble was black. Beds were comfortable and sheets were cleaned. Both rooms came with 3 hand towels and 1 bath towel. On the second occasion when my husband requested another large towel he was told by front desk staff, “In Korea only 1 towel”. This is not true as we confirmed with other Koreans. The towels were very thin and threadbare in some spots. They were able to accommodate us when we asked to leave our one luggage with them while we went to Jeju Island and came back to stay, which was super helpful. Would I recommend this hotel?… I prefer hotels to be more welcoming and cleaner.

Small but nice hotel with modern decor. Not too far from the subway station and eateries all around the area. Pleasant service although cleanliness can be better, but still decent standard. It’s in a nice neighbourhood with residential and office mix.

The hotel was small but reception staff was very nice.
The room was also smaller than I thought but still ok, the window was quite small. The massage chair was nice, my mother really liked it after a day of walking.
We had some problems with the shower head and the staff came to fix it asap.
The elevator is a bit slow though.
Overall good for the price !
