Disgusting and outrageous

As soon as i got here i found different types of hairs all over the beddings. The shower was failing so i asked for a different room. The new room turns out to be the stinkiest hotel room that i have ever stepped in. No adequate cleaning there either. I complained to the lobby staff who responded with “the building is old. I cant help it. You already spent an hour in your original room so dont complain. Also, its the weekday night we dont want to make fuss”. I had to return to the original room. The worst hygiene and service ever despite this place charges more compared to similar other hotels in the district. I strongly advise to keep away from this place.

Scam and Nasty.

This hotel as soon as we arrived charged us an extra fee so we could keep our rooms. A fee they did not let us know during initial booking.
Criminal.
The rooms stink. Terrible dont stay here.
We were terribly embarrassed in front of our parents who we were trying to show Korea.
Horrible experience.
