The guy at the front desk spoke English. He was very helpful with giving us directions for food.

Good hotel and helpful staff. Outside the hotel is already the bus stand heading to airport.

This was a perfect location for us! Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Very large, comfortable room. We needed heat and the unit kept the room very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions about the area.

Nice hotel, quiet, and clean. Located near to cafés, restaurants, groceries...etc.
As a frequent traveller, I know that Korean people are nice and friendly because this is not my first visit. However, the reception staff are cold welcoming. When I did the check-in, I guess that the head of the reception was the one handing me the keys. His voice tone was loud and a bit irritating (not sure if this a cultural thing). The gentleman was talking to me as if I came from a cave. I felt annoyed but kept calm and quiet then told him that I'm from a civilised country. Surprisingly, his voice tone became quieter, and even he started talking politely.
I'm not sure what's happened but this kept me laughing afterwards.
