Room was great. Stayed in room 7. Had a great big balcony. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. They let us check-in late and were very helpful. Firm beds and comfy blankets. Would stay again.

the choice resort at gapyeong

stayed is ss resort during this summer visit to korea.
chance upon this resort on website and decided to give it a try.
was a good stay with comfortable and clean room that faces gapyeong lake (all stress are removed).
is easy to get there via self driving (a scenic drive)
together with the resort there is a boathouse. it offer water sports and rides at a discounted rate (if u stay in ss resort).
the safety at ss resort boathouse is much better than other similar set up.
the boathouse has two storey and allow you to chill and relax there. you can even do a peaceful reading facing the lake.
overall i must stay resort if you intend to visit gapyeong.
