This is an excellent hotel in a lovely area.
Eurostars Cidade da Coruna is situated on the large peninsula that houses the Tower of Hercules and all the modern sculptures. As such, it’s in a peaceful area close to the many paths and walking trails of the peninsula, and the sea views are fantastic.
We found the hotel with no difficulty and were surprised and delighted to find that there was lots of available free parking out front. The car park looks like a hotel car park but is actually a free, public car park, and in the three days that we were here, there were always available spaces. But if you are unlucky, there was also lots of available street parking.
Our room here is described as a Premium room, and is in fact a suite with a nice spacious lounge area and large bedroom. It also has a sea view which, from our 7th floor location, is pretty extensive. From a decor and furnishings perspective the styling is old fashioned, redolent of the 70s with dark brown floors and wooden furniture. It is however in good condition, very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast here is a buffet and is very extensive, and includes scrambled eggs, bacon etc. All items were refreshed regularly and the breakfast we had here were as good as other hotel breakfast we had anywhere on this trip.
The hotel is a good 30 minute walk to the main areas of the city centre, but be aware that the first part of the walk is up quite a steep hill. We are both pensioners however and managed it perfectly well.
We enjoyed our stay here and consider this hotel to be very good quality and excellent value for money. The staff were all welcoming and attentive and we would certainly stay here again.

Room A/C did not work. Linens were lacking on the bed. When we called the front desk, USELESS!!! Said no maintenance available and no housekeeping left on property. Front desk did not have access to linens. We would have to call back next day.
Additionally— we stayed here specifically for the the eclipse. Staff were clueless about safety, glasses, and where would be a good vantage point for viewing. With such a significant up charge because of the eclipse— I expected more. Unfortunately there was no compensation— not even breakfast to make up for such terrible service! Finally— free parking is a joke. There is almost NO parking available. Good luck finding a spot and then be prepared to walk quite a distance.

Room was very clean ! Breakfast was very good also lots of variety,hotel Lobby is a bit outdated needs to be modernized ! Hotel is in a beautiful location right next to the ocean But a bit far from town had to take Ubers and taxis !

I recommend it, quiet area and good views
I took a weekday offer, super cheap and the hotel is great, super comfortable bed, very clean, with amazing views, in a very quiet area and you can walk to the center in 25' and if not there is a bus next door. You can park on the street without problem
