Dismal experience

The only good thing this hostel had was the location! It has nothing to do with the room with the photos.. the old bathroom and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired... the stove was not going for what happens an incredible cold the 3 nights we stayed, by day I had to be in the room warm.. apart from the cold it felt very humid... a terrible experience, yet I will say that every day they told me that they would fix it... although they did not get it.
Another important fact, all nearby parking is for a fee in the end.. not to return or at least in cold weather...

Total lack of seriousness.

I spoke directly to the Inn to book a room. I asked the price and they gave me a good price. They took my data and I made the Reservation. When I arrived they tell me I have nothing booked and offer me a room 20€ more expensive than they had offered me. To my astonishment the solution they give me is that I go to another establishment.

I WOULD NEVER COME BACK, BETTER ON THE STREET

Disastrous, horrible, unpleasant, heartless, inhuman. A place that I wouldn't recommend to anyone, not even my worst enemy, it's not even worth a quick coffee. Dirty beds, very expensive prices, if you cancel and explain a delicate situation like the one we have experienced (death) they don't care, they won't refund your money even if you present documentation, they gave me a claim form that I had requested and they gave it to me reluctantly. . I felt intimidated because he was kicking me out of the premises and on more than one occasion he tried to grab my arm to take me out of the premises, he did not even provide me with a pen to complete the complaint form in his presence. I have been asking for the invoice for that night for a month and a half (there were two but unfortunately it did not survive the weekend) and the invoice that you provide me is poorly prepared, the dates do not match the stays, it puts them where the number of rooms is to clean your hands. The payment date was set when I requested the invoice when it was paid a month before when the reservation was made as soon as I entered… FINALLY… I lack time to describe the disastrous and inhumane attention of this hostel… so to speak…

Disgust

Dirty, cleaned very summarily, the towels were full of stains and pubic hair. I asked for a change and I received more towels with more dirt on them.
There is no wardrobe and the TV is very small. Previous tenants' hair on the floor.
I did not use the 4 nights booked and requested a refund. They never responded to emails....
