Brilliant find

When I am on my road trips about 6pm I start looking for accomadation unless it's already arranged, I found this place and what a pleasant suprise, real nice good car park, nice reception very friendly staff, my bedroom was excelent with on suit and flat screen TV, lovely and clean, I had my usuall 3 pints and a great meal, and the total45euro dinner bed breakfast must be the best value place I ever stayed at

Lousy.

Lousy...
When we arrived (20:30) they didn’t have our room clean (we could enter at 15:00) they send us to another one when we arrived it doesn’t have light in the bathroom we went down to say it like 5 times of which they didn’t listen and at nights we went to the bathroom as we could... a lot of mosquitoes in the room, stained and dirty sheets also said it and nobody heeded us, claim? We could not put why when we left no one was in reception... I wrote by mail to the hotel and without any answer the truth that I do not keep anything good about this hotel

Poor

Hotel located on the edge of a busy road, with ample parking.
Pleasant welcome.
Simple room, correct.
Housekeeping that deserves to be taken seriously further...
Large closet but only one wardrobe with 3 hangers so it's not easy to store your things properly.
We stayed there during very hot weather and we found every day for 15 days the window and shutter wide open despite our requests and the fact that we closed everything when leaving.
There is no air conditioning, and if we tried to open a little late in the evening to cool down, we systematically found ourselves with an invasion of species of beetles (we were facing the field).
In addition, extremely noisy hotel: busy road without insulation but the worst being the interior noise. The bar/restaurant and its patrons generate a lot of noise, there is no respect for hotel guests, there is drinking and shouting that goes with most evenings/nights. One night at 4 a.m., almost all of the room guests were at reception complaining about the noise and demanding that it stop (music installed in the corridors, people shouting and running around the different floors, bar transformed into a very discotheque). watered etc).
For the location, hotel in the middle of nowhere with absolutely nothing nearby.
All in all, daily nighttime noise can unfortunately ruin your vacation, so don't dwell on it....

Comfortable hotel convenient for Camino

We stayed here for one night during the Camino. The hotel is clean and comfortable and has a good restaurant and bar - welcome after a day's walk. The hotel is not directly on the Camino route but not too far.

“Warning! if this is the only hotel, SLEEP IN YOUR CAR! it is a Scam-just want your money

When we booked through booking.com, they said they allow pets on request. On arrival, they said they don't allow pets. When we showed them their information on the website, the arguement became, they didn't have a record of our reservations for 4 nights, when we presented them with a copy, they threw a key on the counter and gestured in the general direction of a set of rooms. Passing by the family or staff sleeping on the sofa in the lobby, we eventually found our room. Through the door, what we found was a disease or injury waiting to happen. There was trash and a feather mixed with the mold on the carpet and a bed that had been slept on. Entering the bathroom, there was mold on the shower curtain, rust on what was left of the sharp-edged shower hose, something strange growing in the overflow drain of the tub, our towels stacked on what could only be assumed to be an equally unsanitary toilet.
After contacting booking.com's customer service, the owner, being called away from his foosball game in the bar, insisted we'd been in the room for two hours, when we have clear evidence, it was at most, 10 minutes, but he still refused a refund. Deciding that it was better to cut our losses and not stay in a place where, number one, we were clearly not welcome, and number two, we stood the risk of contacting some disease, we tried to leave, only to discover that the front door is locked from the inside as well as the outside. The only way out was to wait for the receptionist to leave her game at the bar, to come and buzz us out. One can only hope that in the event of a fire, the receptionist isn't in the middle of a foosball game with the owner, or that the other staff isn't still sleeping on the sofa, so someone can let you out. We will be filing a report with the governmental agencies of health, safety, fire prevention and hotel licensing, before leaving Spain, so hopefully, the place won't show up on any well respected reservation site, or will have been sold to someone who is interested in running a hotel.
