Some old carpets on the hallway. But EXCELLENT people at the front desk. Great choice for breakfast. Inexpensive grocery store next door with great and affordable Spanish wine options.

Great place, great people. Grocery store just next door.
Room was a bit small (that is Europe), but staff was lovely.

Great hotel in a beautiful fun city!

We just stayed at the hotel to finish our trip to Spain and Portugal. We chose to stay in Alcala because it is very close to the Madrid airport and also because we love the city of Alcala de Henares. We found ample free street parking for our rental car so it was easy to drive into the old town from the hotel for dinner and drinks. As Titanium members, we received a great upgrade to a huge room with a sofa bed. The room was quiet and clean. We will definitely stay at this AC again in the future.

This hotel is close to the highway and about a 30 minute walk from the old city center. The rooms are clean and the breakfast options plenty. Only downside when I stayed (beginning of spring) was that the airco wasn't working and the room was very warm when I was there. Luckily the window opened completely.
