Lovely 4* hotel, roof top pool, good location just outside city
Lovely 4* hotel, stayed here 3 nights whive visiting Madrid,staff very good, nice breakfast every day, hotel modern clean and tidy, rooms nice size, rooftop pool

Give the hotel a chance
Right. So from the reviews you start thinking it's going to be bad.
Well...
Arrived and the staff were great, room was ready, ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS, the only issue is the beds are rock solid and the pillows are not the best. No kettle but that's prewarned when booking standard rooms.
I didn't eat there so I cannot comment, drink prices were okay.
The rooftop.
There's a pool and a Jacuzzi. Pool is of a reasonable temperature, Jacuzzi too. It's clean up there. Can get busy but also can be the most peaceful place ever.
The Gym and Sauna
I have seen sooo many people complain that the sauna doesn't work, there is literally a sign saying please speak to reception if you want to use the gym and Sauna, and they turn the Sauna on for you. That simple.
The shuttle service does exactly what you want, just a shame it doesn't run on weekends.
The hotel is on the outer area of Madrid but Alcobendas is a nice area with all the amenities you need. Plus it's only a ten minute drive to Madrid centre.
All In all it's a good place. I would recommend.

Lovely, clean Hotel
Can't recommend this hotel enough, me and my boyfriend stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and i had no issue. The room was very clean, the staff were so polite, pool was lovely. The hotel even offers free shuttle bus to the airport on your departure. About 30-40 min train ride into city centre of Madrid. The area of the hotel is lovely, you have restaurants about 20 min walk and an Aldi 5 min walk. I would defo recommend to anyone who wanted to stay.

It was crap - simply crap - the worst food we ever had. The bartender was nice - but wow terrible food. And the breakfast - WOW crap

My stay at the Amura hotel has been excellent.
Spacious, comfortable, and very clean rooms.
The staff's treatment has been fantastic, both at the front desk and in the cafeteria. Very professional and attentive.
The facilities are very well-maintained. I have not seen
a single piece of paper outside, on the exterior.
Furthermore, excellent value for money.
Highly recommended. Without a doubt, I will return.
