A very good 3 star hilton property that values loyalty

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay at this property during the very hot Spanish summer of 2026. The hotel accommodated my family in 2 connecting rooms, which weren't big but sufficient for us. They also provided free premium parking as a perk for Hilton Diamond members. However, the highlight was the breakfast, specifically the croissants. I dont know how they make them but they were the most delicious croissants we have ever had! I would highly recommend this property for those who want to stay within driving distance from the main Madrid attractions without having to pay hefty parking fee.

Not as Pleasant As I Would Have Liked

I travel much and as a Diamond member use Hilton almost exclusively. I would like to have given the hotel a better rating. Housekeeping was good and room was pleasant. Sandy at desk was helpful in getting a room selection. However, on repeated visits, their system generates an ugly email about Credit Card issues (i block mine for fraud prevention). So this generates an unnecessary email back and forth to resolve that. I dont receive the same at other Hilton's or other Hilton's in Spain But more problematic - a larger social issue - but for the hotel nonetheless. Nasty, smoking ashtray cans at the entrance nearby - and when allowing the outside patio doors to stay propped open - allowing people to stand in doorways and smoke. The public can do whatever they want to bring about their own demise - but NOT contribute to mine. While smoking in Spain is a norm - this hotel should maintain a HIGHER health and wellness standard for ALL guests. I do not want to sit in the lobby to enjoy breakfast with a nasty smoking cigarette in the doorway. I do not want to be fresh for a hot day, to walk outside into clouds of smoke.
So therefore, I cancelled my plan to stay the month of August and chose another location to visit. I remain a Hilton customer so far, but I think the hotel - if they wanted to sincerely, could make a better effort. I suspect that perhaps the social standard or fellow staff smokers contribute to the fact they do not want to touch the issue.
There are other options for stay elsewhere, as long as that is the case.

Negative from start to finish

Have used this hotel in the past for one night stops before or after flights as it’s close to the airport.This time we decided to stay two nights; big mistake.
First of all the hotel has deteriorated sinceI was last there. The staff no longer greet the guests in the morning or even a no them.
The breakfast used to be quite good, it no longer is. Very mediocre choices of fruit and healthy options. Reconstituted scrambled eggs and green beans for breakfast! And a very uncaring staff talking amongst themselves at high voices.
The worst moment came when we had a smell coming from our air conditioning unit in the evening. It was Sunday and no maintenance people were around to check it and we could not change rooms as the hotel was full. When reported to staff the only solution was to call senior members at their homes to try and find out what was going.
An apology was offered to me in the form of two mini bottles of water and a chocolate bar! This added insult to injury.
All in all a terrible stay and will not return!

One night stay

Very very far from city center and to airport. On the map it doesn’t look for bit to city center with €60 Uber was 30 mins and to the airport about 20. The rooms were tiny for three people and there was a very musty smell in the room. The free breakfast was okay.
