To encourage young working boys

Small room, but clean enough.
A tip though: to improve the cleaning of the shower bellows door.
Fair price. Structure taught by young boys to be encouraged

Nice and Welcoming I will come again...

..wonderful location with a really friendly host....this Guesthouse is central and easy to enter....the desk manager was pleasant and helpful.

Nice place in the city center

I spent two nights in Guest house Central on a weekend in May. When I arrived Sergio (the owner) was really kind and helpful; he showed us the all structure and he gave us his number for any needs. The room is small but provided of everything written in the description and the share bathroom was always clean. The position is great, in the very center, you have everything 10 mins away from the hostel. Quality/price awesome! I really recommend it.

Terrible experience. I know that it's clearly stated that check-ins are permitted until 10pm. But when I booked my room I emailed the property that there was a chance that I could be ten minutes late. Anyway my reservation was accepted. As soon as I landed in Alicante at 9.30pm I called the property, only to hear an annoyed guy telling me that "if I was late I would find reception closed and nobody after 10 there to wait for me". I was shocked to hear that, but he said that these are the property rules and it was my fault! I realised that I was wasting my time arguing with this overzealous receptionist, but he told me that he would refund me so I moved on. It was getting late and I had to hurry to find another place at 10pm causing much stress to me and my girlfriend.
I don't know how they run this business, but as a customer I expect some flexibility and willingness to help no matter the property rules.
On top of that, he charged me for the room! If this is their attitude, they shouldn't work in hospitality.
Avoid like the plague!

Guesthouse central

The place is quite difficult to find as its on a corner and you have to look up, and because its centrally located parking was also difficult and we paid £14 for 24 hours in a nearby carpark.
Check in was easy and the man spoke good English, the room was very clean and so was the bathrooms, the showers where lovely.
The only complaints i would have are that the room was cold with no heater and that the walls are really thin and we had complaints from guest when we had the TV to loud!
We only paid £20 a night so would definatly stay here again.
