unforgettable stay

The hotel is located in the center of alicante near the bars of the famous bario the old alicante, very clean, staff very helpful and attentive, our stay has coincided with the arrival of a Spanish group of 40 people who gave a wonderful atmosphere, And apparently this hotel is specialized, in the rental of groups making the end of the celibat.la beach is 150 meters away the restaurants 10 meters finally an unforgettable stay .

DONT DONT DONT BOOK OR STAY!!!!!
I will make clear now that the receptionist Sammy was lovely - that aside the place is a disaster!
Rooms are filthy! Even rooms that you get moved to “which are clean” are FILTHY!
Whatever your budget is and you think this is for you - stop, think, find €5/10 more a night and book elsewhere! DO NOT STAY!
I have never, ever, written a review as bad as this! I can’t believe that this place is able to operate in any capacity!
I booked elsewhere and demanded a full refund!

possibly the worst place to spend a night

horrible place .. the place was dirty and smelly, toilet was not cleaned and the trash bin in the bath room full at arrival .. the owner was like fake friendly always asking me if everything is OK.. it was almost creepy.
the only thing positive is the location ..

Hostal encantador!

Fuimos un fin de semana a Alicante y o cosas del destino nos fuimos mis hijos y yo a este hostal, al principio nos gustó que estaba bástate céntrico u por eso lo cogimos. Tuvimos mucha suerte porque la primera boche que lleganos nos dieron una súper habitación para nosotros solos. Los niños están encantado con las ligeras, y la cama matrimonial era súper cómoda y limpia. Tenia aire acondicionado, frigorífico y tele. El baño estaba en la habitación y lo malo era que se olvidaron de darnos toallas. Pero a día siguiente dimos con Yazid que fué súper profesional y muy atento, habla francés y español y nos atendió de lujo. Volveríamos sin duda en grupo.

soggiorno da dimenticare...oltre 24h senza acqua!

ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale superior per 2 notti per €153 per 2 px e 1 bimba. la stanza non sembra come nell'annuncio...minuscola (abbiamo dovuto lasciare il passeggino chiuso alla reception) e poco pulita e mal tenuta e soprattutto MANCANZA TOTALE DI ACQUA PER OLTRE 24 H! ci hanno detto che succede spesso quando è piena, perchè hanno un solo serbatoio sul tetto
tornata l'acqua, è fredda e il receptionist si accorge che il boiler della stanza era spento (la mancanza di acqua non dipendeva da questo)...arriva l'acqua calda ma la pressione era talmente bassa che siamo costretti a riempire delle bottiglie di acqua calda per finire la doccia, e non ho potuto docciare mia figlia.
ho segnalato questi problemi al personale, che si è scusato, e via mail alla proprietà, che ha risposto solamente che il problema dell'acqua calda dipendeva dal bottone spento, non preoccupandosi minimamente del disagio di non avere acqua per oltre metà del soggiorno con una bimba piccola (magari proponendo uno sconto, un piccolo rimborso o per lo meno delle scuse, ma niente...la maleducazione più totale).
posizione dell'ostello ottima, e personale gentile.
abbiamo sempre viaggiato e ci adattiamo, ma pagare oltre 75 euro a notte per non avere acqua (e che la proprietà lo faccia passare come un problema per cui non vale neanche la pena rispondere) nè spazio di infilare un passeggino chiuso in stanza mi sembra troppo...soggiorno da dimenticare!
