Spotless room and comfy bed right in the heart of the action - price worth it for the bed and the air-conditioning alone!!

This Apartment has luxury only name (needs to be absolutely renovated)
Pros:
Central location: The location is ideal for exploring the city.
Friendly Welcoming: The staff was friendly.
Comfortable bedding: I slept well thanks to a nice bed.
Pleasant shower: The shower was functional and pleasant.
The environment was quiet at night
Baggage Security: The luggage room is an asset.
Autonomous entry: Access to the building with codes is convenient.
Areas for improvement:
Photos of the announcement: The images appear to have been taken when the aparthotel was new and do not reflect the current state of September 2025.
Maintenance of the apartment: I noticed that the apartment needed better maintenance and urgent renovation (paintings to be redone). The walls and ceilings, initially white, all have stains and scratches. In addition, the curtains and cushions on the sofa were stained (yellowish halos of sweat?), and the decoration was almost non-existent and impersonal (the only decoration was a triptych above the sofa also full of stains).
Cleanliness: I noticed dirt on various elements, such as the extractor hood (dirt based on dust and grease) and kitchen surfaces (doors of the damn microwave in particular) . Some electrical outlets were not working, and there were grease marks on doors and furniture.
Summary equipment: The kitchen equipment was limited, with 5 mismatched cups and a basic coffee maker. It would have been nice to have options for those who do not consume coffee, such as tea, as well as a bottle of mineral water on arrival (which is almost always the usage).
Swimming pool: The pool was not very attractive, looking more like a large bathtub.
Towels: The towels were also mismatched.
I would like to make it clear that my intention is not to disparage this property, but rather to provide objective feedback to inform future customers and encourage MyFlats management to take these comments into account. I have had the opportunity to rent more than 15 apartments in Spain in the last 12 months without any problems, and I think MyFlats Luxury Downtown could benefit from improvements to climb the rankings.

Central convenient but very poor assistance
Very central and convenient location for all movements rooms nice small pool, I would not go back just because I still have to get back my deposit that you ask at the entrance, according to them is unlocked and they did not give me any assistance to help me understand what the problem was, it is 200 € are not the end of the world but it bothers me not to get them back without having done any damage. So assistance and friendliness towards my experience grade 0.

Gracias por destacar la ubicación y la comodidad del alojamiento! Sentimos que el tema del depósito de seguridad haya generado confusión. Como hacemos siempre, salvo que haya daños en el apartamento, hemos desbloqueado los 200€. Al tratarse de una retención bancaria, no aparece un ingreso de +200 €, sino que simplemente desaparece el bloqueo de -200€, y el importe vuelve a estar disponible según los plazos de cada banco.
Lamentamos sinceramente que esta situación haya terminado afectando a tu valoración y, si en algún momento tienes una duda, estaremos encantados de atenderte directamente por téléfono o whatsapp y ayudarte a resolverla antes de que te lleves una impresión negativa de nosotros.

Perfect apartment for a couple
I came last week with my dad.
Comfortable apartment, comfortable and very close to the center and the beach.
It is equipped with all the comforts of home, such as washing machine, dishwasher, iron and much more.
Staff helpful and very courteous.
It was a really enjoyable experience and we will definitely return!
