A lovely small hotel in a great location! 5 minutes walk to the beach.

My husband and I stayed here and I cannot fault it. We stayed on the second floor in room 2B and it was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed a kettle and coffee machine, all you need in the kitchen for a stay really. The shower was lovely and hot and powerful. The toilet and shower were lovely and clean also. It was very quiet in the hotel bearing in mind it is in the best location for night life. We didn’t hear a thing. The host was very lovely and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If you are thinking of booking Sweet San Francisco then do it. You won’t be disappointed! I would definitely book here again.

Pleasant stay

We had a short 1 night stop over and found this lovely apartment situated in the centre of Alicante. The service once we booked the property was excellent and could not be more helpful with their information. We had a very late check-in, but it was not an issue. We stayed on top floor penthouse apartment and we could not fault it. Property was very clean

They canceled the reservation

I can only give one because they canceled our reservation a couple of days before arriving in Alicante and after charging for it. Unpresentable I could say. I don't recommend it at all. We had to look for a last minute alternative with an extra cost and the inconvenience of not being in the center.

Be careful with this object!!!!!

This, unfortunately, is my first terrible, negative experience. I ended up with very bad people who did not clean the room from the previous occupants. The room was dirty and the bed was from the previous occupants, all dirty and covered in hair. I spent the whole day asking for at least a bed so I could go to bed with my child, the hostess didn’t want to do anything, she said tomorrow, but there was a night ahead which we spent dressed, sitting in bed, and in the morning we went to another hotel. Thanks to the Booking staff who tried to help me, but the girl was impudent and dishonest. She didn't even refund the money for the night I didn't stay. The people in the next room told me that a crowd of men from India lived here, and the owner of the apartment offered me to sleep in their bed. It was also very unpleasant that she cheated and didn’t apologize, but made me feel guilty, that this was normal, the bed was just wrinkled, and they washed the room.
