Well............

The room I liked, but it has nothing to do with the photos they publish, small, well lit with window to the outside, good wardrobe, bathroom very well, TV something small, fridge, everything very clean. The hotel is located in a narrow and pedestrian street, the entrance to the complicated park, about two minutes walk, you have parquin square town hall, cheaper and with large squares. On foot of the hotel there is a restaurant, opposite a rock, and about 20 meters a bar restaurant, where you eat very badly , Bavaria.. there is everything in the surroundings, everything very close, there is also a super, about 200 meters. we enter on a Sunday and go out on a Thursday, therefore the quiet street, I do not know, at weekend or in high season, how to be the street and the possible noises of the outside. The window doesn't insulate enough from the noises... the good ones insulate much more. There are rooms that are indoors. still patio, but it's covered.

Hotel in the center of Almería that gets the job done but must take (better) care of its guests

I spent 4 days at the Hotel Crisol Almería, a hotel that helped me discover the city. Overall, I had a good experience. I want to say that the conditions are acceptable. Good cleanliness, room climate control. The treatment from the receptionists was professional, they were polite (mention to Matías? at night, especially to Aida who knows the city inside out and gave me many tips and recommendations for places, curiosities that only the people of Almería know, she is wonderful!). Also the receptionist with a Latin accent (Rei/Rai, I'm sorry I don't remember his name), made everything easy for me and was charming.
I thought the breakfast was going to be basic and the truth is that it is quite decent and complete. I loved the typical sweets of the area, the cake I think was almond... Very good!!
As a negative point, I do want to say that one of the nights there was noise, voices, and a commotion in the hallway where my room was located. In several rooms. There was a music festival that weekend. There are rude people everywhere, but I didn't like that no one went up specifically to tell them to stop. I know they were notified by phone, but that there was such a mess at 4, 5, and 6 in the morning and no rounds were made to reprimand those behaviors, I didn't like that at all. That night it was impossible to sleep. The adjacent rooms raised the complaint to the Front Desk, but the truth is they didn't stand firm and let these individuals ruin the stay. It is true that the next day at the Front Desk they apologized for the situation, but it seems to me that in a place where you go to rest, letting these subjects cause trouble is a bad practice by the hotel.
I hope they take note of this for the future to enjoy a place that meets expectations, but oversights like this dampen the desire to return. Good luck to the professionals at Cristol Almería.

Room was small but adequate. Bed extremely comfortable especially the pillows. Shower excellent. We opted to have breakfast in the hotel and it was lovely reasonable choice and top quality ingredients. Hotel is very well placed and the staff were very helpful.

Small and old room. You couldn't pull the curtain aside because of the view from the room opposite. Breakfast wasn't very interesting. Good location if you don't have a car. Parking fee was 18 euros p

The hotel was very well positioned within walking distance of all the historical sites and restaurants. The underground carpark was accessed via a car lift which was a new experience. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and very tasty. Room was clean and comfortable but a little small. It was ok for an overnight stay.
