A very comfortable hotel to sleep in
A perfect hotel, quiet and welcoming. The beds super comfortable and in an enclave surrounded by nature....we would definitely repeat.

I respect all opinions but mine is never to return
It has reception but there is never the receptionist you have to come down from the room because there is also no phone in the room to contact and bite in a buzzer to come down, and on the day of the checkin pique low asked me for the IDs and did not even tell me if there was a dining room, if I could have breakfast in the hotel or nothing, and when giving me the key I ask if we can already go up to the room since the checkin was?at three and was missing hour and a half because we decided to go to the village to make time and we arrived again at the hotel at three minus five and tells me a girl who I do not think was receptionist is not yet now you manage the girl is that the checkin is at three, very good observation because I think she was in charge of cleaning in my opinion and if so she is no one to tell us that anyway with not coming back I have enough.

Grand for a one night stopover
Stayed here on last night of motorcycle ️ trip for the ferry ⛴️ from Bilbao. Hotel was ok , room was clean and did the job required. Didn’t get breakfast so can’t comment on that but the rooms were dark, at the back of hotel and windows small but the motorbikes were kept secure for the night which was a bonus. About a 20min drive from Bilbao city centre in taxi

INSECURE AND LOUSY REST
We chose it for price, because €49/night was very tempting but the truth is that cheap is expensive...
Apparently everything fine, super spacious bathroom, renovated look although you see it all very "caught with tongs" and running.
POSITIVE: price and location close to Bilbao, automatic check-in if you are late.
NEGATIVE: insufferable mattress (we wake up super sore and tired). Excessive noises (from cars passing through the road, train,... Windows do not insulate ANY noise. Huge bath and super dwarf shower to the point that you can not even soap your feet without hitting your head on the screen, the screen did not close well and the water came out and when you soap hurt your elbows in the soapbox of the wall. Hot water just a few minutes, then it started coming out warm/cold. Multifunction staff, the guy who greeted us late was at breakfast the next morning and obvious, at check-out there was no one at reception because he was with breakfast, we left him the key and left for not waiting for him (there was a whole group of bus waiting as well).
As a curiosity, I do not know if I fear noise or what, but it seems that the elevator from 23.00 to 7.00 either does not work, or they ask that it not be used.
And what I found MOST DANGEROUS OF ALL FOR THE GUEST’S OWN SAFETY is that the key to the room they give you is not anonymous, that is, if you lose it, it not only puts the room number but also has the access code written on it; so if you lose it whoever finds it already knows where to go and how to get in.... And everyone who sleeps in that room knows the code that opens it the following nights because they do not change it!!!!! AMAZING!!!! If I can attach some pictures.

QUALITY UNBEATABLE AWARD
Maybe not to stay there for a week but for a night or two or in transit to catch a flight in the morning, this Pension is very acceptable. Cheapest near the airport night and breakfast 62€ for 2!!
The gentleman who is at the reception is kind , available and attentive (thanks for the cover, I am very very chilly ..)
The room, very clean , the comfortable bed, the bathroom is very large the shower is very hot and the flow perfect
Breakfast, for 6€ , you can only be satisfied. Very good value Award. Fruity drinks, toast, pastries, ham, cheese .. a good point also you can make yourself "pan con tomato"!
The only reservation is that it is probably better to take a room on the back (to avoid the noise of the highway) which was our case and that the sound insulation is not perfect but since the people staying at the Pension were careful not to speak loudly in the corridors or slam the doors , WE DID NOT HAVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING! Thank you!
