Excellentttt customer service; the only bad experience, is that the room does not have air conditioner; we had to open the windows at night, and the environment outside the property was noisy, due to the train, etc.

Dismal customer service, they are more dedicated to the hospitality service than the hotel.

Dismal attention and service. Upon arrival at the hotel there was no one at reception and no one during the stay to be approached. At check out we had to leave the entry cards at the counter as there was no one to close the stay.
The room smelled very strong damp and the bathroom toilets were yellowish. Cleanliness is not a strong point of the hotel.
We carelessly forgot a T-shirt, I called a first time to ask about it, but when cleaning it nobody saw or left anything (weird, although understandable). On the second call I was misspoken, who answered me to the phone addressed very dismissively and carelessly.
If you want to be treated with kindness and respect, do not go to this hotel.

Very nice room

The description of the Hotel is not up to date because there was no longer a restaurant in April 2024. We arrived around 5 p.m. and it was the friendly bar waiter who welcomed us. Too bad, because he didn't speak French. On the outside it is a very beautiful building and on the inside it is magnificent. It was a very beautiful and large room, very clean in very good condition with very good bedding. A, inside the hotel there is a bar which is open to customers from outside and there are always a lot of people even on the terrace. You can eat tapas and drink alcohol there for a very low price. For dinner, you have to take the car because there isn't much besides a pizzeria behind the hotel which delivers to your home and where you can eat. The pizzas are very good. They don't accept dogs. At the hotel they are accepted. At night there is not much noise outside, except for the train which does not run at night but runs from 6 a.m. and one passes every 15 minutes. In the morning it is impossible to have breakfast before 9 a.m. For parking, you must arrive early to have a space behind the hotel and no longer move your vehicle or find a space in the small streets or in a paid parking lot located 100 meters from the hotel

Correct & convenient, but not more

We stayed one night during a business trip near Bilbao and Artea. We were well received by the staff and appreciated the small car park of this hotel.
There is not lift to reach the rooms but that was clearly not an issue for us. We got comfortable large rooms. The furnitures would benefit from a modernisation but the WiFi worked well.
What we regretted is essentially the impossibility to get a real breakfast. There is a bar in the ground floor and you can get a coffee, a cappuccino or an orange juice. But you cannot get anything cooked nor an basic international breakfast. So we shall try to find another hotel the next time we pass by.
