very nice but you need a car
a very nice hotel, with big rooms and big bathrooms; it is outside of the main cities, not far from them - Dos Hermanas is far about 10 minutes, and Sevilla is far about 25 minutes - in a very quiet area; the only negative aspect is that there is no fridge in the rooms, but you can count on an efficient and economic service.room; it is important to underline that it is optimum if you are travelling with a car;

DEPLORABLE TREATMENT BY TWO WOMEN WORKERS
THE ONE WHO IS RESPONDING TO THE COMMENTS IS THE OWNER OR OTHER PERSON RESPONSIBLE?? BECAUSE I GET THE FEELING FOR THE DEFENSE THAT I SEE IN ALL THE COMMENTS TO THESE GIRLS THAT WHO IS ANSWERING SPECIFICALLY IS THE SAME LORENA. IT IS NOT NORMAL FOR MANY CUSTOMERS TO BE UNHAPPY WITH THE DEAL AND IT IS ALWAYS THE CUSTOMER’S FAULT. IF I WERE THE OWNER I WOULD ASK MYSELF WHAT SERIES OF PEOPLE I HAVE THERE WORKING AND NOT ACCUSE THE CLIENT, THAT IN MY CASE FOR EXAMPLE YOU HAD LEFT ME A LIAR IN EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID, AFTER THE MONEY I HAVE LEFT THERE, SEEMS TO ME TOTAL SCOUNDERS. I WILL ANSWER EVERYTHING, TO BEGIN NOT ONLY THIS OCCASION HAS BEEN UNSATISFACTORY, IT HAS NEVER BEEN SATISFACTORY WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN TO THESE TWO GIRLS, SO A FEW TIMES QUITE. THE REALITY IS WHAT I AM SHOWING IN THESE COMMENTS. BREAKFAST WAS NOT NORMALLY ATTENDED, WE WERE DENIED, SPECIFICALLY LORENA DENIED US, WE PLEASE ASKED FOR A JUICE A COFFEE OR SOMETHING, AND YES, CERTAIN OTHER VERY FRIENDLY GIRL WAITRESS IS WHAT PUT US, BUT NOTHING TO EAT OR ANYTHING, IN THAT SCENE IS WHEN LORENA BESIDES TELLING US THAT SHE DID NOT PUT BREAKFAST ADDED THAT WE SHOULD NOT BE IN OUR ROOM ALREADY PAID, WITH A DESPOTISM THAT DOES NOT EVEN FIT, AND ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. MOREOVER WE LEFT AT THAT TIME THE REPEAT HOTEL ALREADY PAID UNTIL 12 NOON, SINCE IT WAS PRACTICALLY KICKING US OUT, SO I CLAIM MY MONEY. THIS IS WHEN I APPLY FOR A CLAIM SHEET THAT I PLAN TO MOVE WHEREVER I NEED TO AFTER I CONTINUE READING INJUSTICES AND GETTING OUT OF SOMETHING I AM NOT. I AM REQUESTING SOME WAY HERE TO CONTACT A PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR SOLVING MY SITUATION. THE BOOKING THING THAT NIGHT DIDN’T HAPPEN BECAUSE IT WAS JOSE WHO GLADLY ATTENDED US, BUT IF IT HAS HAPPENED ON OTHER OCCASIONS WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN GIRLS, WITH THE CONSEQUENCE WHAT IS NOT TRUE IS THE ANSWER THAT HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME. AND I FIND IT SURREAL THAT 2 DAYS HAS LEFT 5 MINUTES AFTER 12 AND I AM TREATED FOR 5 MIN LIKE THIS AND THAT BEFORE MY PROBLEM YOU MENTION IT HERE, IS THAT IN THE MESSAGE THERE IS NO MORE SHAMELESS. IN RELATION TO THE TREATMENT OF THESE TWO PEOPLE, IT IS INADEQUATE WITH CAPITAL LETTERS AND I AM SHORT. SPOKEN BY ME I'VE BEEN TO MORE TIMES AND MANY OTHER CLIENTS. NOT ONLY DO YOU NOT FACE THE PROBLEM, NOR DO YOU APOLOGIZE, BUT YOU ACT ATTACKING AND PUTTING THE CLIENT THAT REALITY IS INVENTED, WHO WROTE THIS HAS NO SCRUPULOUS OR MORALS. I WILL CONTINUE TO TRY TO CONTACT A RESPONSIBLE PERSON AND WILL AVAIL MYSELF OF MY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.

AUTHENTIC SHAME
Well, to begin with, the treatment has been totally embarrassing, the staff should be ashamed of their own treatment and it leaves a lot to be desired that in a hotel where you are supposed to pay 200 or 300 per night they have people with no experience and few resources, to begin with The night was a real disaster since we arrived there was no coverage or internet, the TV worked at times but of course you couldn't watch a movie because there was no internet when they say they offer you free wifi, the air conditioning worked at times too, We were frozen in the room and to make matters worse we called room service to order dinner and discuss the problems that were occurring and they told us that there is not even most of the food and that they said they had, a girl showed up to solve the problem for us. air who also did not listen to what we were trying to tell her, I had to go to reception at night to talk to the girl about what was happening because the screams of other clients complaining could be heard from our room and the girl said that we were the only ones who were not Having empathy for the situation, he treated us quite badly and had to call the manager to tell us that they were inviting us to the dinner that the problem had already been solved, a €10 dinner that took 1 hour and a half to arrive, well it arrived the drink and the other half hour long the food, they didn't even answer the phone, and this morning when we left we went to tell the girl from the morning how dissatisfied we were and she kept making a face at us and her answer was my partner has invited you to dinner, it's a joke! As if the dinner were luxury for a room that cost us €200 plus coming from our house which is also worth another money, not even an apology, just bad answers and faces that are what it is, honestly I have never experienced anything like it, I found it a real shame and the staff WITHOUT WORDS….. the worst money spent in my life

Isolated
Stayed in this hotel on a short break, the junior suite itself was nice but the bar and dining area completely lacked atmosphere.
The hotel is adjacent to a busy road from Sevilla to Ronda making it an ideal night-stop location but otherwise it is too isolated.

Nice!!
Arabic themed "Motel", drive in and park in your individual garage. Suite was sweet!! nicely decorated and clean. Bed was the best, most comfortable of anyplace I have stayed!! Not too far from Seville but nothing is within walking distance, if you have a car very nice place to stay. Did not try breakfast. WiFi was good.
