Could not be better.

Absolute professionalism from all the employees who clean the rooms, at reception, the cooks, the waiters, and the spa staff.
You can tell there is a new director.
In the food, there is little variety but it is very well cooked; the rice pudding is a 10.
The spa has a variety of treatments, and the manager is a great professional like all the others.
In the end, they gave us a special farewell dinner and dance.
We have traveled with IMSERSO, the best spa of all those visited so far.

The air conditioning… little and poor

I lowered the rating because with the heat in July in Santiago, the air conditioning barely works in the room. Breakfast was fine, the spa is small but it is what it is, but sleeping is another story… mission impossible

IF YOU FIND THE BEST I BUY IT FROM YOU

For quality price and services at least for the Thermalism staff of Imserso, it should be the fourth or fifth time I come to this spa is well located near exit of highway you have intercity coaches for Santiguo every little, 200 meters you have a mini city with all services bars, restaurants banks etc. etc.
friendly staff and attentive to any problems, reception waiters the cleanliness of the rooms good, homemade buffet food, replenish very quickly, the spa has everything invaluable, whirlpool baths, pipes of all kinds, shy showers steam baths, saunas, small pool for rehabilitation exercises and also dances with monitor in the needle and in the lounge, the best treatments of all the spas I have gone and free for the thermalites also schedule excursions you are paying a small amount, the rooms are and complete in general two beds, it is difficult to get place for something will be.
Special mention for the person of the spa for its kindness and effectiveness,
The worst thing I've ever had this time is room 113 which, for a superstitious man, I'm good at.
