This was an amazing place to stay with a beautiful rooftop terrace on the tower from which to view the countryside (and for us, a total eclipse of the sun). Susanna and Curro are gracious and fun hosts. Don’t miss the tour offered by Curro! Be prepared to drive a few minutes for dinner unless you bring food to prepare in the common kitchen. The kitchen is in the castle, and breakfast is served each day, but there is no restaurant for lunch or dinner in walking distance.

We were very late getting to the castle/hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodate our very late arrival (1:00am). Great customer service by Currofat

No hand rail as such but rope rail on stairs. Stairs even but if you struggle with balance a bit of a problem. Breakfast extremely good.. homemade apricot and strawberry jam no too sweet. Apricot jam was outstanding. Continental breakfast well with the money.
