We have spent my partner and I three wonderful days in the area.Iñaki very nice, as well as the reception girl and staff.
Good cleanliness, bed and bathroom good. Very good breakfast and gave me one more pillow, to sleep better. We will return and repeat.

Ok for leisure, KO for business

I was there for several weeks back in April 2018. It is a very small hostel right beside the river. The rooms are clean, although they are very basic. I don't recommend this hotel for someone who expects to be able to work in the room because you will not have a table to work on. For leisure, on the other hand, it can work. It is cheap and as long as you have a car, it is easy to get to Bilbao (Very close). Reception lady was really nice and willing to help always. When she knew I needed a table in the room she actually managed to get me one.
No dinner service. Breakfast, yes.

Nice building and nothing more...

The castle like shape of the hotel look promising. But I was dissapointed once entered... Positive points: very clean in hotel and in rooms
Minus: poor breakfast (three days in a row we have eaten the same things, practically no other choise); I have wait about five minutes for cold water to reach my room at first floor; noise (practically you can hear when your neighboor take a shower, or leaving room...); bad location (for someone who travels without a car)

Lovely owners

What a pleasant stay. It is a cute castle building. It is clean and tidy. The guy who owned it could not have been nicer. Breakfast was good. A useful distance from Bilbao but not in a noisy area. Overall well pleased.

No lo recomiendo si vais a pasar mas de una semana, empiezo por lo peor el sitio hubicado si te toca en el lado de la carretera no puedes tener la ventana abierta (no hay aire acondicionado) ruidos de los coches y camiones que pasan insoportable con la ventana cerrada todo correcto, la cama comoda si te gustan blandas, el desayuno muy muy justo si no os entra en el precio recomiendo que no os gasteis el dinero en ponerlo porque no vale la pena los cinco dias desayune tostada con tomate.. zumos del dia, croissanes plastificados, y todo lo demas del super del lado, dicho esto cosas positivas, el trato encantador, las instalaciones estan bien y las habitaciones son comodas, tele correcta pero faltan enchufes!!
