A lovely and cozy hotel in the middle of breath taken scenery

My partner and I just got back from Arbucies. It was just a family wedding however we felt in love with the place and the surroundings. Arbucies is in the middle of the Montseny National Park, a vast pine forest area with breathtaking scenery.
We stayed in the Hotel Torres which is located in the main street of Arbucies. The Hotel is small with very classic and modern decoration and extremely clean. The Hotel does not have its own bar but two doors down is the Bar Torres owned by the same family. While we were there the bar was always very busy with locals, which is not a surprise, half of lager (or a caña) is only 0.90Euros (£0.60). The best of all is that breakfast at Bar Torres is included in your room price. You can order as much as you want,... and believe me Catalan people knows how to have a “good breakfast”.
My only criticism was the design of the showers the rooms, the screen were not totally effected keeping the water in.
Arbucies is very small village but its location makes it ideal to explore the Montseny area. They are used to tourist (mainly from other Spanish areas), so there are a few nice restaurants to chose from.

Noise at night

Simple but correct and clean hotel. The best personal treatment of young employees who work in the partner bar and eventually at reception. But there is a serious problem: the bar is open to the general public and at night, at least at weekends, it becomes a meeting point for young villagers, who concentrate on the terrace where the windows of the rooms give. We couldn't sleep until almost 3 a.m. Unfortunate.

Adequate hotel for an overnight stop on bed only basis. A basic breakfast was available a couple of doors away in a cafe with outside seating. Very limited parking only available on street with weekday meters. A bit expensive for what you get.

HOTEL CORRECTO

Hotel pequeño en el centro con habitacion muy correcta y limpia por ejemplo en amsterdam hay hoteles mas caros y habitaciones minusculas. Es cierto que el desayuno y la cena se realiza saliendo del hotel y en el bar situado al lado.
Nosotros y se jugaba partido del barca follon no sentimos absolutamente nada ni fuera ni dentro del hotel. Trato correcto por parte personal bar restaurante.

como ponerle titulo a mi decepcion! SIN DORMIR NADA

como ponerle título a nuestra mala experiencia? para Hacerlo corto, aparte de q puede ver las fotos, mas que un hotel 3 * yo creo q no llega ni a un hostal 1 *. Pq tanta dureza? pq Hemos Estado arbúcies para descansar y Hacer 1 buena comida a Otro restaurante (q ESTE si q por suerte fue una Muy buena experiencia) y deciros q descansar nada. a las 2h pela Frente al hotel, a las 2h30 unas 10/12 personas Saliendo del bar del hotel (no Muy normal) gritando y riendo y de haciendo ruido y sacando Cervezas, para rematar a las 4h de la mañana 2 de 4 habitaciones de haciendo ruido no podian entrar en su habitacion, gritos y carreras, y no nos basta con esto, q paeria q no ibamos a dormir... pues nO, a las 7h de la mañana el PROPIETARIO esbozando a golpes 1 puerta. le explicamos y sólo se disculpa, me ofrece un 20% de descuento, y resulta q termino pagando más de lo q valía la habitación. (No tenía el mail en la mano para poderlo desmostrar), le reclamo todo por Escrito y me DICE que disculpas y es q equivocaron y q nunca pasa. NO LO CREO, el booking está lleno de casi las mismas quejas,
