Thank you for such a lovely review! I'm delighted the pool and dining area were part of a great stay. It was wonderful having your group here as you made your way through the Camino, village by village — the evenings on the patio under our old olive tree, good company, and yes, that bottle of bourbon, are exactly the kind of memories we hope stay with our guests long after they've moved on to the next stage. "Best hotel in Spain", that's a review we're going to remember for a while! Thank you, truly. We take real pride in those homemade olives (and in making sure breakfast is done properly, not rushed), so it means a lot that both stood out to you. Thank you for this, breakfast cooked to order and olives by the pool are two of our favourite things to get right, so we're happy they landed exactly as intended. Having your whole group here after a day of walking, sharing stories over a drink in the evening, is the kind of stay we build this place for. Comfortable, easy, and a bit of good company at the end of a long day. Hope to see you again sometime.
