Very nice place. Webm went the to see the solar eclipse and it was a very good choice.

Bad service

I only went for an event. To see the solar eclipse. We arrived early to get settled, since I use a crutch. Well, we couldn't even get a chair. I asked for one and they told me they didn't have any. The terrace bar service was terrible, long lines and bad service.
I think it's a place with pretensions but it doesn't have the minimum standard.

In full sun with no place for people with mobility issues.

Eclipse event August 12. Poorly organized, with no interest in finding a solution. They have us in the sun while having umbrellas folded. Management will not give permission to open them. Person on crutches in the sun and in a high chair. It is hard to believe that these things happen.

Air conditioning was not cold enough for my room. Not a hotel to stay at during the summer. My room was a sauna. They had to give us various fans to keep the room cold and told to sleep with windows open. Not the best accommodations for me when I was there to do a half Ironman. Couldn’t rest and didn’t have the best accommodation.

For lack of anything better...

Very impersonal and very strange hotel. Spacious and soulless rooms.
Nonexistent service relying on a drink and snack vending machine in the basement. Gigantic jacuzzi in the room and terrible breakfast...
Otherwise very convenient for the Azkena Rock Festival but at what price!!! $$
