Friendly people a very good hotel and perfect team

Noelia, iris, alejandro y laura Those are really super they should definitely keep and 100% sure Noelia who can really share a show with the kids and the big people
I will definitely still go there no 5/5 but 10/10 food very tasty and taken care of everything tip top

Rubbish experience
Staying in room 342, water leaking in through the ceiling creating a hazard as you come out of the bathroom with a pool of water forming.
Reported to reception, 4 hours later, returned to the room and it’s still leaking.
The rude fella at reception who told me it was just the air conditioning, like they all leak through the ceiling creating, just very rude like it was an inconvenience I reported it.

Not good food
I dont usually write reviews but I felt I had to write one due to the food
I have been going to Tenerife for years with staying in different hotels always had lovely food but this hotel was awful all I eat was chips and cake as there was nothing else for me to eat my husband mum and dad eats anything but they found it hard to eat anything good
The buffet was very limited you only at dinner got 1 veg if your lucky you might get 2 the salad was very limited as well as usually you have in other hotels beetroot sweetcorn ect at lunch and dinner but you only got it at lunch and some days nothing
There was other dishes which looked like casseroles they didn’t look great
The chicken was very salty
There just wasn’t a lot of variety on hot food very sparse
They couldn’t seem to cook meat as steak was rare if you asked for it well done you never got it like that the blood was all over the plate going into other food on plate so it all had to be put in bin everyone in there was leaving it as well
I didn’t get why burger was like that as snack bar wasn’t like it so if you want a burger get it there
The breakfast wasn’t great the sausages wasn’t proper sausages and the bacon was terrible
If you have children I wouldn’t recommend going to this hotel as there was nothing for them to eat they had chicken fingers and they was horrible there was pasta but you had to ask for it as they was just cooking it behind counter with sauces ect on it I’ve never been in hotel where kids couldn’t help there self to it apart from them two things and chips that’s all most kids got to eat I usually go with 7 grandchildren glad I didn’t take them as I would of had to eat out everyday
The only good thing they had in restaurant was the cakes sweets and ice cream
It’s a very quiet hotel due to lack of music around the pool there was none which was very annoying as all you could hear was the bloke playing waterpolo shouting out the score and it went on for two hours if you had music you wouldn’t of been able to hear it as much
No one was allowed a ball in bigger pool you could take it in other pool but children went in with ball but told to get out as they was playing waterpolo and other activities
I will just say I can’t fault the staff and the cleaning in this hotel very quick at bar so you didn’t have to wait long
I wouldn’t return to this hotel again as food was only two to three star
everyone we spoke to was not happy with food
if your a vegetarian there’s not much there for you

Gastronomy is one of the pillars of our resort, and we always strive to offer a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to satisfy the diverse palates of our international guests, including families and vegetarians. We understand that taste is highly subjective and that we cannot completely satisfy every individual preference. While the vast majority of our guest reviews highlight our buffet very positively, we sincerely regret that this was not your experience and that you felt the need to dine out despite being on an All-Inclusive basis.
We have taken your detailed comments regarding the hot food variety, meat cooking preferences, and children's options very seriously. They have been shared directly with our Executive Chef and our Food & Beverage Director to ensure our daily quality controls remain strictly enforced.
Regarding the pool area, we try to strike a peaceful balance for all our guests. We schedule lively activities like water polo in one area while keeping other spaces quieter for those who wish to disconnect, though we appreciate your feedback regarding the music and pool rules.

Excellent holiday! Sea view rooms recommended for peaceful sleep and lovely view
This is a lovely hotel. Great locaton, close to all the amenities.Beach, shops, bars all on the doorstep.
The rooms are quite small, very clean and have lovely bathrooms with modern rain and hand shower.
The sea view rooms are very quiet and worth the extra money.
Decor and furnishings in hotel were beautiful. Boutique style and lots interesting beautiful Spanish style tiling.
All inclusive drinks were the best Ive ever had at any hotel. Top labels available on many spirits and cocktails.
The pools were lovely and sunbeds always available. A little disappointing to have to pay 1.50 for new pool towels and a 15.00 returnable deposit.
Staff were very good everywhere and all entertainment was fun and added a party spirit.
Great holiday! I definitely recommend.

Very good activities
The experience was great there was many good activities for all age groups and the staff were very frinedly and funny especially laura
