MALICIOUS COMMENTS, INCLUDING FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT STAYED. BIG COMPANIES DON’T MAKE FILTERS, EVEN ADMIT TO SLUR.
WATCH OUT FOR THEM, BECAUSE THEY SUGGEST THAT EVERYONE CAN HAVE THEIR SAY WITHOUT CONTRASTING ANYTHING AT ALL. THE TRUTH ALWAYS ENDURES...

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Dismal attention, rude at reception. Dirty, old, poorly located, subreal breakfast, spa with mold, left, bad smell. Nasty staff. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! NOTHING RECOMMENDABLE!!!!

Two weeks for an invoice (still unsuccessful)

The hotel is generally well kept and ratings are maintained, but my experience was not entirely positive. The room I was assigned did not correspond to those that appear on the web: smaller than normal and with humidity. The bed was also not especially comfortable, although for one night only it complied.
Breakfast is limited, but acceptable.
The worst has certainly been the After Sales Service. I've been trying to get a bill for two weeks and it's been impossible. They always tell me that they send it to me, but it never comes, and when I get in touch (which is not always easy), each time they make a different excuse.
In short, it was my first and last time at this hotel.

Lousy, they tried to take us for fools.

LOUSY service.
We made three reservations to spend a weekend with the family. We tried MANY TIMES to contact them, via phone call (at least 5 or 6 times) and several messages through Booking, all this to confirm that we had made the reservation correctly. Seeing that we could not contact them, we decided to cancel the reservation as we found this situation unreliable. Once cancelled we are answered (not in very good ways, by the way) telling us that our reservations were individual and that the price for two people was almost double what we originally booked. On our booking confirmation it clearly appeared that all rooms were for TWO PEOPLE. I insist, we answer this once the reservation has been cancelled... I DOUBT IT. Unfortunate service.

I RECEIVED STRONG INSULTS FOR ASKING TOO MUCH INFORMATION.

INSULT FOR ASKING TOO MUCH INFORMATION!!!!!!
What happened to me with the staff of this hotel had not happened to me in my life! To report them to the Civil Guard.
I booked a room with booking I tried to contact the hotel directly but no one was picking up the phone. Finally I am attended by a man , not too friendly and tells me that although in booking was not explained, the spa could be used only during weekends. First scam!
Finally I decided to cancel the reservation and called a couple of times to ask how to do it in the best way, there I was attended by a woman who explained more or less and cut me quickly telling me that I had many things to do. The next time I call to communicate that I hadn't received the cancellation yet, I hear a voice from a man who says "you're a champion, yes, you're a swine daughter of a pu..." inadmissible. What a bad manner, what a disgust!!!
