Terrible. If you want to rest at night this is not the place.

The worst Ibis I have stayed at by far, also the most expensive. €115 a night. Mattress sagging in the middle, the pillows terrible and the air conditioning super noisy. The towels only for showering and very thin. The location is also terrible, in the middle of an industrial park, surrounded by very noisy roads and 45 minutes from the center of Bilbao by public transport. We did not like it at all.

Disappointed with standard of hotel, not expecting 5 stars but well below level witnessed at other IBIS hotels. Limited options for evening meal. Hairs in the bathroom and Poor location to walk the dog

The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night
