Checked in and greeted by 2 members of wonderfully helpful staff. The hotel and room were immaculate and in a brilliant location with lots to do nearby.

GREAT LOCATION, COMFORTABLE ROOMS, GOOD BREAKFASTS
We were here for four nights (upgraded from the sister hotel Rocafort due to unforeseen circumstances) and had a lovely stay. Both rooms were comfortable, clean, quiet, well-maintained and with tea/coffee making facilities in each room. Staff at the reception wewre consistently friendly and helpful with both general and more specific enquiries. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Gaudi attractions and 5 minutes from the Metro. A good choice of restaurants were close at hand too. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast area (indoor and outside) and how "sustainability" manifested itself each day: quality produce on offer - not in vast quantities but replenished if and when necessary. As with other hotels, it is on the pricey side (if you pay the full fee) but to be recommended.

The hotel is well located on a beautiful and clean street. Staff is professional and helpful even if they were a bit clinical. The hotel itself was clean and well lit. The maid who cleaned the room was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel had a nice cafe and a bar. However, I never saw anyone operating the bar. One thing that was advertised that was not true was the airport shuttle. A person needs to find their own transportation from the airport to the hotel.

The facilities are great. Very clean. The breakfast buffet is also very good. They even had fresh chocolate covered donuts, which i ate wayyyyy too many of. The best part however was the staff. We stayed in several hotels during our 30 day journey across Europe and the staff of this hotel stands out as the most friendly and helpful.

I was staying for the Primavera festival.
The hotel is in a great location, close to the main street, which has great choice for restaurants and shops to stock up on food for your stay. Metro and tram are within ten minutes and 15 minute walk.
The air conditioning is good. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Even though you are on a busy street, you will still get a good sleep as the noise is blocked very well by the windows. But it isn't that busy, gets quiet at night.
The staff were really good and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned very well. The bathroom was very nice, good bath, and plenty of towels are provided.
Overall I would say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. As you are in the center of the city, close to everything and would definitely consider staying here again if and when I visited Barcelona again.
