Top Notch

Stayed for a week. Originally given a smallish double room with no window. Only had to stay in it one night as we were moved next morning. The new room was excellent with a big window and a balcony overlooking the street. I can safely say that all the staff working there were well mannered,professional,friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. The breakfast was excellent with great quality products and plenty of choice. The location of the hotel is very good right in the heart of the gothic quarter and close to many restaurants and bars.
The only suggestion that i could offer to improve this hotel would be to have a bar. We would certainly return to this hotel as it was a great experience.

Hidden Gem

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Gothic Quarter! Hotel is modern, air conditioning works well in the rooms and lobby, beautiful lobby area, hotel beds are big - 2 North American sized twin beds pushed together to be the size of a king bed. I booked the 3 bedroom and had an extra twin bed in the room. Housekeeping was excellent - my room was cleaned daily.

The amazing thing I didn't realize when I booked her was that it sits join archeological history that is exposed by glass floors in areas! It was so very interesting. The hotel is very conveniently located. The staff are cheerful. Our group were all very pleased!

Convenient with Historical Interest

Grea t location walkable to manny sites and restaurants. Clean, comfy room. Nice terrace with some rooms. Friedly helpful staff. Very impressed with the display and care of Roman ruins found below hotel, which can be partially viewed under glass flooring of kower level. Worth a visit to get a cocktail in bar. Only issue was operation of shower was difficult to contol hot vs cold.
