We wiill definitely recommend this place.

The room wasn't large but with lighting & strategic placement of mirrors to reflect the light, it felt much larger. The bathroom was huge! It even had dual sinks. Everyone at the hotel was warm & friendly and very helpful. The entire place was spotlessly clean and our maid kept us supplied with everything we needed. It's so close to busses, trains, shops, restaurants, etc.

Fabulous hotel and Staff!

What a Wonderful hotel this is our experience from entering has been Fabulous. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, our room is so comfortable, amenities are excellent, the food is delicious, service is excellent. Such a great experience in a hotel close to all the sights!

Excellent

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. My son and I were only there for 1 night to watch the Spain in the world cup final. From check-in to check-out the staff were amazing. The hotel location is excellent well within easy walking distance to metro stations and numerous places to eat in the vicinity. The cleanliness is excellent and rooms are nicely air conditioned and modern. The noise level is minimal and you can't hear anything from the street either. Will definitely be staying here on my next visit

Got a very warm welcome with a letter, flowers and cookies. Our junior suite was absolutely wonderful. Enjoy the breakfast buffé as well. My family will definitely using H10 more in the future.
