Very central!
Nice little hotel, friendly operators, the facilities are functional and one is very centrally located for visiting Barcelona.

You get why you pay for and sometimes less
Whilst I can’t fault how clean it was or the location, it was not a relaxing experience. We arrived and were put into the lift by a gentleman who seemed to be fixing it as we arrived. We were then stuck inside and being shouted at to press buttons and not to press buttons! Eventually we were let out and another apologetic man carried our bags up. Oh and by the way the name of the establishment isn’t on the door so we almost missed it. We had asked for a twin room and were given a double, which were assured would be sorted while we were out. It didn’t happen. Mr apologetic again said sorry and sorted it for our second night. All good you’d think, until middle of the night someone unlocked our door switched the light on. It seemed to be a late arrival being checked in. Frightened the life out of me. Overall it was fine but I’d rather not have a comedy story to tell.

Honestly I expected better place very difficult to find tiny sign on a building we passed 3 Volterra to locate it.
I had planned for three people with a 5 year old child and they gave me a double room with a double bed so the little girl had to sleep between us private bathroom but outside the room this was written at the time of booking but the far door is super uncomfortable cleanliness of the linen terrible I understand that it is a hostal but really it is a hostel for what you paid jon it is worth it. The only positive note is the location

Arrived at 1am with a baby and there was nobody to receive us, although we told them we would be arriving late and they claim to have 24/7 reception, so we had to wait in the street. Also, the next day, there was an issue with the key to our room and, since again there was nobody at the reception, we had to call several different numbers and we couldn’t get it solved until later that day; the staff was not helpful at all. We stayed for 5 nights and they only emptied out the trash (diapers included) on the last night and didn’t even refilled the toilet paper. Very disappointing service.

Good choice in Barcelona
Very clean hotel. They redo the room. Very large external bathroom but only for us. It was written at the time of the review. Minimal room. The window opens onto a small terrace. There is no view and the room is a little dark but it doesn't matter. Air conditioning, fridge and safe. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Water and tea available to everyone. Very good for the price paid.
