Excellent stay
For me this hotel should have 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️, our entire stay was wonderful and pleasant we changed the sheets every day and the towels, cleanliness everywhere, the staff very friendly and polite did everything to serve us in what we needed and the high gentleman at the reception and the one with the mustard and the girl even the night pie, the breakfast of the hotel had a large range of butter and chocolate croissants, croissants and cakes, bread for all tastes, juices, eggs boiled and pancakes, pie with potatoes, marmelade, milie, butter, butter, salad, salad, apples, bananas, butter and much more, you can take your breakfast and a natural place! Finally easy access to the Metro to go whatever route you want and in a beautiful neighborhood Thank you for making our stay in Barcelona pleasant. Friendly greetings from Greece

OVERRATED AND OVERCHARGED
As per the title.
Located in the area near the Camp Nou stadium.
It is a three-minute walk from the metro metro stop with the Collblanc in a residential area, quite scruffy, but safe.
Anonymous building, good reception friendly staff
Reception and fairly basic common parts tending to Spartan, as well as the rooms that are clean and tidy, even if the furnishings are not recent.
TV and Wi-Fi sufficient.
Safe is available in the room, while the hairdryer must be requested at reception.
Tiny bathroom with shower available, ups and downs not very functional and shower really meager and full of limestone.
Breakfast served in the basement in a fairly cold and anonymous environment, also hot food availability. Variety good enough but quality only sufficient.
During the fair period, the normal price is tripled !!! and clearly this affects my final judgment which is not positive

Avoid it
orst ever experience in a hotel. Checked in, room was dirty. Complained to the reception, they gave me a cleaner (ish..) room till next day. They say tomorrow will give me a new, proper one
Left hotel for work, get back 8 pm got a new room even dirtier. Full of hair folicules (looks like from at least previous 3-4 guest....). Grose. Went down to complain. Just got: if you want to leave, leave. Got in 10 min a similar priced (10% more) 4 star accomodation in same area. Definitely recommend to avoid this one.

TO AVOID: they do not respect the contract
The hotel is ugly and expensive, quality / bad price ratio. Unfortunately obliged for logistical reasons to stay 2 nights: 7 and 8 June 2025.
Only positive point the cleanliness is ok.
We booked as early as February on Booking and the contractual conditions provided for a room of at least 15 square meters. We were assigned a room that, instead, measured 7.3 square meters. When asked for an explanation, they basically sent us to hell: there are no other rooms available and we do not even reduce the price. Since, unfortunately, we had already paid, we were forced to submit to bullying.
If you can go elsewhere

Totally recommendable
The hotel is with one word : perfect !
The location is excellent it is 3 minutes walk to the nearest metro station . From the hotel you can easily take the line L9s ( metro that writes collblanc orange line and from the hotel the L9s (WITH INDICATION airport )
The room has mini bar , safe (maybe with extra charge ) and the staff is doing its best to provide you with everything!
Congratulations to the cleaning ladies that do an excellent job in the cleaning of the room and the bathroom !
The breakfast was another good surprise :
We are Greeks and we want plenty and good food and the hotel had everything: from fresh bread to ananas juice and croissants , muffin , honey , tea , ham , cheese and what we wanted to start the day with 10km walk with sightseeing. After a thorough search for hotels we realized that the rooms in Barcelona are small and very expensive . In total the service the room and the facilities were exactly what we wanted and if we go to Barcelona we would surely go there again .
