Barcelona Center is 400 metres from Barcelona’s Passeig de Gràcia Avenue, and a 15-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya. Guests have free access to the small gym and rooftop hydromassage tub.

A little disappointed with this hotel. Room was huge, as was the bed and the AC worked and shower water was plentiful and hot (apart from one morning when there was a fault)
But - a few little things that shouldn’t be in a 250 to 300 euro a night hotel
There was no pod coffee machine - surely this should be the default at that room price. Instead basic Nescafé sachets (not even premium ones). Come on - Barcelona has fantastic coffee apart from in our hotel room. The tea bags were random herbal types - no straightforward tea blend (suggest Twinings English Breakfast - available in Slovenia so presumably in Spain)
No tissue box in the room.
The shower flow was excellent but the adjustment was fiddly with no thermostatic control. Domestic showers can do this, why not hotels?
You have to indicate you want room cleaned, which is fine and a good idea - reduces towel washing
Good location for hotel though. Not a noisy area, 3 blocks from Metro.

Disappointed the bath tap was loose and the toilet didn't flush properly. Only one Jacuzzi working and the terrace bar was closed so you had to phone down to the main bar.
Reception staff were ok, but had to ask twice for an ironing board and iron.
The positives are the lovely exterior and size of the room.
The location is fantastic for getting around, with a 10 minute walk to the train station/ metro from the airport, and TMB buses stopping a few metres ftom the hotel.
Really enjoyed or time in the amazing City of Barcelona, just a shame a 4* hotel felt more like a good 2*.

The hotel is a good location near plenty of good restaurants, shops and bars. The rooms very comfortable but tired. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plenty of choice but would quality wasn’t great. The terrace bar was closed upstairs and only one hot tub was working - shame.

We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Barcelona Centre. The room was modern, clean and spacious, with generous and up-to-date amenities. Our room didn’t have a balcony where you could sit, but otherwise it was very comfortable.
The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. They surprised me with a bottle of champagne for my birthday, which was a really thoughtful touch, and they were also very helpful in arranging a late checkout.
The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent for sightseeing, with many of Barcelona’s main landmarks within easy reach and a metro station nearby.
Room service was good, and we also enjoyed the hotel’s in-house restaurant. Overall, a well-run, comfortable hotel with friendly service and a very convenient location.
