Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay.
Excellent hotel, couldn’t ask for a better location, walking distance to La Sagrada Familia, tram stop, metro station, and two of the Gaudi houses (casa Batllo, casa Mila), room nice and quiet, great air conditioning, nice shower, great housekeeping and great staff both in the front desk and breakfast area, would wholeheartedly recommend.
We stayed on the 3rd floor on the opposite side to the roadway (Av Diagonal)

The staff are very helpful for booking transportation to the airport. The cleaning crew did an excellent work. Will stay there again!

Great visit to Barcelona
I recently stayed four nights at the ibis Styles Barcelona Centre Hotel. While the hotel is relatively small, it is situated in an excellent location just a three-minute walk from the metro station. The convenience of having numerous convenience stores nearby, along with being within easy walking distance of fabulous eateries, shopping districts, and key landmarks like Casa Batlló, Casa Milà, and the Sagrada Família, made for a fantastic stay.
The staff were exceptional, ensuring that both check-in and check-out were fast and seamless. I found the team to be polite, efficient, and highly helpful with all my inquiries. Regarding the accommodations, my room was somewhat compact with limited walking space, which made it difficult to manage luggage, but it was well-maintained and featured a clean, comfortable bed. Additionally, while the breakfast spread was of good quality, offering more daily variations beyond the standard selection would significantly enhance the guest experience for those staying multiple nights.
I would like to offer one specific point of feedback regarding room assignment: although I had specifically requested a quiet room away from the elevators to ensure a restful environment, I was assigned a room located directly sandwiched by two elevators. While I managed, this did lead to more foot traffic and noise than I had hoped for. Furthermore, I noted that the room rate is on the high side. The recent increase in the city's tourist tax for hotels also adds to the total cost, making a stay in Barcelona increasingly expensive. Despite these points, my experience was overall very pleasant, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Worst living experience of life... The air conditioning doesn't work and we didn't exchange room...UNCREDIBLE.

Thw room was comfortable for our 3 night stay. It was clean and had good AC. It is very minimal for what you get. There was no kleenex or anything besides toilet paper. Seemed expensive for such a basic room. You possibly could ask for items from the front desk but we didnt try. The safe was not actually bolted down so anyone could pull it out and take it. Our room the battery for the safe was dead, we asked front desk to change the batteries but they never did. It wasnt thay big of a deal so we didnt push the issue. Staff were helpful in other ways and I wouldn't say it was that much of a negative that they couldnt get the safe working.
The rooms were quiet enough and we weren't disturbed. You could hear people in the hall and if they were talking loud in the neighboring room but it was not excessive.
The breakfast was simple but good enough to get us started for the day.
The location was good and we felt safe staying there.
