Very nice location, close to restaurants and shops. The property was very clean and well kept.

We had a horrible experience with this hotel. We needed to cancel our booking and contacted the hotel twice asking for their help. They did not even have the courtesy to respond to either message.
We understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but completely ignoring a guest who is reaching out for assistance is unacceptable. We were simply trying to communicate with the hotel and see if they could help us with the cancellation.
The complete lack of response and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking this hotel, especially if you expect any kind of assistance or communication when there is an issue with your reservation.

It was a good hotel and a short walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Our air conditioning wasn't very cold, no matter what it was set at, though.

All right.
Very fine but not a 4-star hotel. Doen smells of sewage, breakfast was missing a lot that is able to have as well as the eggs were a little tasteless. Not deep washed but only over surfaces etc.

SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER
We were booked in at this hotel with Trip-a-Deal at the end of our Virgin Voyages cruise and as we wanted to spend an extra two days in Barcelona thought it simpler and more convenient to stay on at the same hotel.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the common area was spotless and welcoming however the fridge in our room although switched on was not cold; the air-conditioner was so noisy that we had to turn it off to sleep and the grout in the shower base was in need of a good scrub and at $A845 for the two nights - not including breakfast - I certainly expected better.
