Great hotel - my teenage daughter really enjoyed her stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's only a few minutes walk from the Camp Noi.

Horrible experience , dirty rooms , uncleaned bathroom , hair everywhere , haughty and not attentive staff

We did our check in for 6 people so 3 rooms of 2 and the rooms are already very old and the furniture was rotten and moldy at the corners but on top of that the rooms were not clean! Dirty armchair, dirty sheets with stains on them, lots of hair especially in the bathroom. Bathtub taps and the showerhead were full of limestone and residue it looks like they hadn’t been washed in years.
We made a claim at the reception they told us that yes indeed they understand that the rooms are dirty and changed us rooms ... BUT , the other rooms still in the same condition if not worse , hair on the towels we are supposed to use ... we went back to ask if it was normal , wanting to talk to a manager, when after 30 minutes of request Madam the director had come , absolutely not listening . She really told us yes well you want me to do what ‍♀️ it’s not like you’re going to leave.
We asked for a refund and changed hotels the same day!
Super unpleasant staff who laughed at us behind their backs. Director more than unpleasant , haughty and not listening to the customer. We stayed in a hotel 10x better and cheaper!

Overall good

Great hotel just the room was a bit disappointing needs an upgrade wasn’t what it looked like when we booked it but in saying that it is a dog friendly hotel so the room kind of is set up well for a dog and it wasn’t necessarily close to the main attractions only camp nou but that didn’t matter with the great transport
If you want to go to the beach this hotel is to far away
But overall the lobby and restaurant/ bar was unreal decorated, modern and massive
Pool was a bit small but did the job on roof never tried the spa looks better though
Room cleaned every day
There was quite a bit of noise from people returning to the hotel at night but none of the dogs were load

Great room, clean, spacious, iron, safe, fridge.
Paid €20 euro earlier check in.
City tax for 3 nights was €55 euro which to me was very expensive.

Fine, neat and clean

The photos of the website differ considerably from reality. The interior of the room looks a bit dated. It's clean and fresh. An extra set of towels in the wardrobe. Spacious bathroom, too bad you have to shower in the bath everything gets wet quickly. It is noisy for people who sleep light.
