Very good host, they also helped us with the local information. Everything was as per the pictures. The Air conditioning was not working in one of the bedroom, they offered another apartment to resolve the issue immediately.

This was a cute spacious 2 bedroom above Isabella Restaurant. The host was friendly and helpful. The lift/elevator was tiny but good to have. The place is done up as vintage but I guess they just don't take care of it.
The Pros: elevator, nice staff at hotel & restaurant, spacious, nice shower/amenities, comfy beds, double pane windows for noise, nice calm neighborhood.
The Cons: the apartment needs a touch up, I get that it's vintage but there are scuff marks on every wall, chipped paint, broken pieces of wall, etc. The bedroom with the 2 twin beds have these reading lamps that float just above your head, really low, so my brother and I hit them with our head getting up a few times and we aren't tall. The shower is nice but only has a short glass wall as coverage so water gets everywhere on the floor behind it. Not their fault obviously but the clientele at the restaurant was snobby.

Very disappointing
The place is so tired and the room was subpar. Fittings were old and tardy, as the photos clearly indicate. Unfortunately we were on the front which was noisy and made no better by the gaps in the window frames. I work for a bank and could have fitted them better myself. I could see daylight coming through the expanding foam. The positives - the water was hot with good pressure and the towels and bedding were clean. Would we stay there again… certainly not. Rated as 8.4 4star+ on booking.com who I went through which is ludicrous this was a 5/10 at best

The kitchen was adequately stocked with everything needed to prepare meals in the apartment. There were standard appliances (toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker) and enough plates and cutlery for our group of 3.
